Order Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing your order.


We process orders automatically after they are placed. You may request a cancellation within that 1-hour window, but if the order has already entered production, we will not be able to stop fulfillment or issue a refund.

If you need help with an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@thepromptedlife.shop.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. However, since all items are made to order, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is custom printed once ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Additionally, the following types of items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Health or hygiene-related products (such as bottles, mugs, or accessories that have been opened or used)

Return Process

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions by email on how and where to send the item.


Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@thepromptedlife.shop.


We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once approved.

If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
