Order Cancellations

Because every product at The Prompted Life is made to order, cancellations or order modifications can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

Our production partners begin creating items shortly after an order is confirmed. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a cancellation refund.

If you need help with an existing order, please contact us immediately at support@thepromptedlife.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love what you receive. Because each item at The Prompted Life is custom-made to order, returns or replacements are accepted only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Misprinted or has a manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item sent)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery confirmation and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Note: Returned items are sent to our production partner’s return facility for inspection. Unclaimed or undeliverable returns may be donated to charity after 30 days to reduce waste and support sustainable practices.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are custom printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Health or hygiene-related products (such as bottles, mugs, or accessories that have been opened or used)

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes, and do not qualify as defects. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color details carefully before placing your order.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions by email on how and where to send the item.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at support@thepromptedlife.shop.

We’ll work directly with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly when applicable.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once approved.

If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the original purchaser, any approved refund will be credited back to the buyer’s original payment method.
